Take it away, steal my heart
Never thought wed be so far apart
So close one second, but not the next
So in love I think Ive been hexed
Take it away, stay awhile
The way you dance, it makes me smile
Maybe we could hang out sometime
Tell me your secrets, Ill tell you mine
Take it away, sweep me off my feet
We might seem crazy to whomever we meet
But whatever they say, I don't really care
As long as you're with me, as long as you're there
Cast Aside
The pain inside my broken heart
Grows more each day we grow apart
You hold her how you held me
You are blind to my pain; you pretend not to see
You might slip up and call her my name
And she'll shake her head at you in shame
You left me behind and pretended I'm not there
Now you've been hurt, so why should I care?
But did I do something wrong or say something rude?
Each time I ask, you say you aren't in the mood
I still love you and I'll always be here
Everytime I see you I have to catch a tear
I don't know why you cast me aside
But I can't change; believe me I've tried
I'm stuck watching you hold her how you held me
Rockin out, tourin cross the USA
Kevin, Nick, and Joe you steal our hearts away
Your lyrics in your songs are so real and true
Its no wonder that so many people like you
I sing your songs everyday when Im walking down the hall
And people think Im crazy but I dont care at all
It must be tough to be famous and want to be normal
Its like wanting to dress casual when you have to dress formal
No doubt in my mind that Jonas Brothers are the best
Cause in the music race you outrun the rest

Artemis shut his locker door and began to walk down the main hall of Point Place High School, and he took the earbuds out of his ears as he went. He stuffed his iPod and earbuds into the pocket of his jeans. Artemis had a tendency to listen to his iPod in class because his hair was just long enough to cover his ears so the teachers never suspected. As he zoned out while wondering why his backpack felt so heavy the day before winter break started he heard a voice shout at him from down the hall.
Hey, wait up! Artemis jerked his head around just in time to see Ellie racing at him at top speed. She lept
The ivy had climbed up the brick walls of the building making it green all over. The sidewalks were stained with mud and darks circles where bubble gum had been spat onto it. The grass on the front lawn was overlapping the sidewalks, creating a look of overall disrepair.
"This is where Nick is?" Ellie pointed up at the building. "Are you sure, Artemis?" Her hair swished when she turned around to face him. "Artemis? Are you even listening to me?" She walked over to where he sat.
"Why do you want to find him so badly? What makes him any better than me?" Artemis snapped, looking up at Ellie through the corner of his eye. "Why can't we just go
Nick sat in the dingy administration building of Sighton High School. His parents, desperate to get away from the events in Point Place, were forcing him to move here and attend the dank,
pill jar and feet smelling high school. Sighton was a quiet town, just two miles East of Point Place, and it was around one-third the amount of Point Place's population. So far, Nick didn't like his new home that much.
He missed Point Place, he missed his friends and his old school, but he missed Ellie most of all. He hadn't seen her since the day he got shot two weeks ago.

Ellie threw her towel down on the polished top of the bar. She wiped the sweat off her forehead and glared up at the blazing neon light on the wall above her head.
"Hey Maria?" Ellie shouted. "There's nobody here now, can I go to sleep?"
"Yeah, sure." Maria said, coming round from the hall to the bathrooms, clearly drunk. "Just don't drink any of my good beers....or the bunnies will come in the night and getcha."
"Don't worry Maria."
"Night kid."
Maria's bare feet slapped against the tile floor as she went up to the loft on the second floor. Ellie sighed, before folding the towel and put the last clean beer mug away. She grabbed her bla
"Ow! Damn it!" Ellie cried as she tripped over the railroad tracks that seperated Point Place. Tears flowed from her eyes, stinging in the dust and dirt that clung to her skin. She needed to find a place to stay, and soon. Her food and water was long since gone, after all, two sandwhiches and a bottle of water can't last more than two days. Ellie repositioned her bag on her shoulders, and headed towards the building she just now noticed. She didn't even glance at the sign, which read, "Maria's Grill and Bar."
Miles away, Nick woke up. The pale tiles of the hospital room just added to the sick feeling he felt. He stared at the ceiling, wonder
"So...your favorite movie?" Nick asked, it was his turn in their game.
"Snatch." Ellie answered with out hesitation. "Now...who is your favorite actress?"
"Hmm..Promise you won't make fun of me?" Nick looked at her.
"Yeah, you didn't make fun of my favorite actor being Brad Pitt."
"I love movies with Drew Barrymore. ET, Charlie's Angels....you get it."
"M'kay. Ask me one."
"Which ones haven't we gone over?"
"Well," Ellie began counting on her fingers. "We've done favorite song, movie, actor/actress, band, and game."
"We still need favorite food and our hobbies, right?"
"Yeah, I think so."
"Okay, Ellie, tell me your favorite food."
"Ellie! The bus is here!"
Ellie jerked out of slumber to the sound of the bus rumbling by the house to make a U-turn at the culdesac at the end of the street. Ellie knew she had five minutes tops to get dressed, brush her hair, and get her stuff together. Quickly throwing on jeans, a t-shirt, a pair of moonboots and fingerless gloves, Ellie scraped a brush through her hair to get the tangles out fast. She slung her half-empty backpack over one shoulder, and snagging a Pop-Tart from the pantry, she ran outside to wait for the bus.
"Bye Mom!" Ellie shouted throught the screen door as the bus inched its way back up High Street. Ellie could see

I'm sorry that it came to this
It came to tears, it came to fists
And I hope that you'll forgive me in due time.
I love you now, and I loved you then
And I'll meet you at the gates, my friend,
And the right to cast the blame is yours not mine.
(Chorus)
And the truth comes out and it's understood
that no-one did quite what they should
And I wish that I could take it back again.
And the lights are on and you're all alone,
And the house is full but no-one's home.
And if now isn't the time then baby when -
Will you start over again?
